in Rules of provision of the state guarantees approved by the specified order:
state Items 3 and 4 in the following edition:
"3. The borrower within 10 (ten) working days after approval of the list of investment projects by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for financing at the expense of means of non-state loans under the state guarantees of the Republic of Kazakhstan directs the draft agreement of loan or the draft of the prospectus of bond issue to approval in the central authorized body on budget implementation and judicial authority.
The central authorized body on budget implementation and judicial authority is considered and approve the draft agreement of loan or the draft of the prospectus of bond issue within 15 (fifteen) working days.
4. The central authorized body on budget implementation within 20 (twenty) working days after provision by the borrower of the draft agreement of loan or the draft of the prospectus of bond issue will organize conducting examination of the investment project and prepares the corresponding conclusion.
