For the purpose of further regulation of procedure for adoption of separate decisions by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 28, 2021 No. 233 the following changes:
in the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in paragraph five of Item 46-1 of the word "the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic";
- to state paragraph two of Item 54-2 in the following edition:
"The letters on approval of the project provided after four months from the date of their signing are not subject to consideration, except for drafts of acts of ratification, accession, approval or denouncement of international treaties.".
2. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic in two-month time to take the measures following from Item 1 of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
