About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 2015 No. 48

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 2015 No. 48 "About procedure for submission of information on the revealed undesirable reactions to medicines" the following changes:
from word preamble", subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446," to exclude;
in the Instruction about procedure for submission of information on the revealed undesirable reactions to medicines approved by this resolution:
to exclude the paragraph of the sixth of Item 2;
in Item 3 of the word "the republican unitary enterprise "The Center of Examinations and Testing in Health Care" (further - The Center of Examinations and Testing in Health Care Unitary Enterprise)" shall be replaced with words "public institution" the state pharmaceutical supervision in the field of drug circulation Gosfarmnadzor (further - GU "Gosfarmnadzor")";
in Items 4, of the 6 and 8 word "The Center of Examinations and Testing in Health Care Unitary Enterprise shall be replaced with words "GU "Gosfarmnadzor";
add Item 5 with the paragraph of the following content:
"identifications of the undesirable reactions in case of use of medicine which developed in the periods of pregnancy and feeding by breast.";
Item 7 in paragraph four "seventh" to replace the word with the word "eighth";
exclude Item 9.
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2026.
