1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2023 No. 131 "About approval of Rules of maintaining the register of mandatory requirements in the field of entrepreneurship" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 32986) the following changes:
in Rules of maintaining the register of the mandatory requirements in the field of entrepreneurship approved by the specified order:
5) and 6) of Item 2 to state subitems in the following edition:
"5) the automated register workplace (further - automated workplace) - the appendix intended for management of settings and content which are placed in the register, and provided by the operator of "the digital government";
6) the operator of "the digital government" (further - the operator) - the legal entity determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which ensuring functioning of the objects of digital infrastructure of "the digital government" assigned to it is assigned.".
2. To provide to department of policy of development of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after day of its first official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since July 12, 2026 and is subject to official publication.
