About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2014 No. 241 and of December 31, 2025 No. 813

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2014 No. 241 "About customs procedure of free customs zone (free warehouse)":
in Regulations on the completion of action of customs procedure of free customs zone (free warehouse) approved by this resolution:
in Item 2:
third to exclude the paragraph;
to exclude from the paragraph of the fourth word "since April 1, 2025-";
in Item 5:
exclude the words "on paper with representation of its electronic type or";
add Item with part of the following content:
"In case of impossibility of submission of the notification on waste in the form of the electronic document for technical reasons such document is submitted on paper in duplicate with simultaneous representation of its electronic type.";
in Item 9:
to exclude from part one of the word "on paper with representation of its electronic type or";
after part one to add Item with part of the following content:
"In case of impossibility of submission of the notification on the equipment and (or) real estate objects in the territory of SEZ for technical reasons such document is presented in the form of the electronic document on paper in duplicate with simultaneous representation of its electronic type.";
part three in paragraph three, the paragraph third part five, parts six and the seventh to replace the word "second" with the word of "third";
in Item 11:
to exclude from part one of the word "on paper with representation of its electronic type or";
