Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on October 27, 2023 No. 1127 "About approval of the Regulations on features of import of electrical energy in the conditions of legal regime of warlike situation in Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 99, the Art. 5923) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 28, 2026 No. 272, and of January 15, 2026 No. 39 "Some questions of overcoming effects of emergency situation of the national level in electric utility systems" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2026, No. 12, the Art. 859, the Art. 860, No. 16, the Art. 1136) changes which are applied.

In the paragraph the second the subitem 1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on features of import of electrical energy in the conditions of legal regime of the warlike situation in Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 27, 2023 No. 1127, of the word and figure "till March 31, 2026" shall be replaced with words also in figures "till March 13, 2026".
2. In Item 6 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 15, 2026 No. 39:
In paragraphs one - third words and figures "till March 31, 2026" shall be replaced with words 1) also in figures "till March 13, 2026";
