About change of resolutions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of May 4, 2023 No. 7 "About reports of interim (anti-recessionary) managers":
from word preamble", subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967," to exclude;
in interlinear notes "*" and "**" to appendix to this resolution of the word by "the court considering economic cases" shall be replaced with words "economic court";
in the Instruction about procedure for creation and submission of reports of interim (anti-recessionary) managers on the activities approved by this resolution:
in part one of item 4 of the word "the court considering economic cases (further - court)," shall be replaced with words "economic court (further - court)";
in interlinear notes "*" and "**" to Item 10 of the word "the court considering economic cases" shall be replaced with words "economic court";
in Item 12:
in paragraph six of subitem 12.9 of the word "economic (economic)" to replace with the word "economic";
in paragraph four of subitem 12.11 of the word "economic (economic)" to replace with the word "economic";
1.2. in the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 2023 No. 8 "About determination of signs of concealment of bankruptcy, deliberate bankruptcy, preventing to carrying out settling with creditors":
from word preamble", subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967," to exclude;
