1.1. Regarding the 2nd Article 12 "legal act" to replace the word with the word "right", and to exclude the word "corresponding" from this part;
1.2. To add Sections 5-2 and 5-3 of the following content to Article 48:
"5-2. In case of employment by professions and positions where restrictions of activities for narcological patients whose list is determined by body (organization) established by the relevant executive body are provided, workers shall provide the conclusion about medical examination (physical examination) issued by the public narcological medical institution.
5-3. It is forbidden to employ the worker by the corresponding profession and position without the reference provided in the first offer of the first paragraph of part 5 of this Article, and the conclusion provided in part 5-2.";
1.3. At the end of the Item of part 1 of article 74 to replace point with semicolon, and to add the Items "z" and "i" of the following content to this part:
