About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of the Azerbaijan Republic

1. In heading of the word "or extrabudgetary public funds" shall be replaced with words "extrabudgetary public funds or the state legal entities".
2. Under Article 308-1.1:
2.1. in disposition of the word "or extrabudgetary public funds" shall be replaced with words "extrabudgetary public funds or the state legal entities";
2.2. in the sanction of the word "at the rate from nine thousand to thirteen thousand manats" shall be replaced with words "in the amount of hundred percent from the crime subject cost (the means used not for designated purpose)".
3. Before the words "up to three years" to add the word "restriction of freedom for a period of up to three years with penalty in the amount of hundred percent from the crime project cost (the means used not for designated purpose) or" to the sanction of Article 308-1.2.
4. To consider the text of the Section "Note" Item 1, and to add Items 2 and 3 of the following content to this Section:
"2. In this Article the term "the legal entities belonging to the state" means the concept containing in the Section "Note" of Article 195-2 of this Code.
