About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the electronic document and the digital signature"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the electronic document and the digital signature" of March 15, 2023 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2023, No. 1-3, of Art. 17; 2025, Art. No. 6-10, 646) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 18:

- regarding 2 words "SMS messages, USSD teams" shall be replaced with words "services of short messages and requests of the additional information of unstructured service", after the word by "methods" to add with words ", including recognition of person and fingerprints".

2. Add with article 25-1 of the following content:

"Article 25-1. The rights of the certificate holder of key of the protected digital signature

The certificate holder of key of the protected digital signature has the right:

1) to file in certification center of registration petition for issue, registration, suspension, recovery and cancellation of the certificate of key of the digital protected signature;

2) to make in certification center inquiry for prolongation of effective period of the certificate of key of the protected digital signature;

3) to use other rights provided by this Law, and the agreement signed with certification center.".

3. In Item 1) of Article 32 to replace the word "coverings" with the word "compensations".

4. Regarding 1 Article 33:

- add with Items 3) and 4) of the following content:

"3) to develop and realize organizational and technical actions for proper storage of the closed keys of the digital protected signatures;

4) to provide service in putting down of the stamp confirming availability of the signed electronic document in certain time;";

- 3) to consider Item Item 5).
