Part the second article 23 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" of May 12, 2001 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2001, No. 4, Art. 215; 2003, No. 4, Art. 152; 2008, No. 1, h 1, Art. 1; 2009, No. 12, Art. 813; 2016, No. 7, Art. 602; 2017, No. 7-9, of Art. 565; 2022, 1) to state Art. No. 1-3, in the following edition:
"The government of the Republic of Tajikistan concerning operational and indisputable nature can accept resolutions and orders without holding meeting with the signature of most of members of the government of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
Article 2. Enact this Constitutional law after its official publication.
