Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About radiation safety" of August 1, 2003 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2003, No. 8, Art. 465; 2025, No. 6-10, of the Art. 365) following changes:

issues documents of allowing nature for activities in the field of radiation safety according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About authorization system";

approves regulations, rules, requirements and instructions connected with ensuring radiation safety in the field of medicine (radiological diagnostics, radio isotope diagnostics, nuclear medicine, radiation therapy), the industry (defectoscopy, control of thickness and density of materials, sterilization of materials, calibration and control), power and researches (use of atomic energy and research reactors), agricultural industry (radiation of seeds, sterilization of insects and determination of humidity), transport and safety (check of loads, use of radioisotopes in aircraft and space, smuggling detection detectors), science and education (use of radioisotopes);
