Based on part one of Item 45 of the Rules of maintaining hunting economy approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2018 No. 112, and in pursuance of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2026 "About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus concerning implementation of ministerial procedures" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 5

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on the procedure and sales terms of hunting permits through specialized information system of the Ministry of forestry on the global computer Internet, and also requirements to their form and filling approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 3, 2014 No. 423:

"normative" to exclude the word from Item 5;

to state paragraphs of the seventh and eighth of Item 6 in the following edition:

"acquaintance of the hunter with the acquired hunting permit and its payment;

printout of the hunting permit and schematic map of hunting grounds with the permitted places of hunting designated on it specified in the hunting permit (further – the schematic map with places of hunting), or downloading of files of the hunting permit and schematic map with places of hunting;";

in Item 8 part six:
