Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Items 1 and 16 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:

Article 1. 1.1. In Article 12, the Item "g", after the word "create" to add the word "provide equal employee benefit, performing different work of identical or equal value";
