Article 1. 1.1. After the Items "214-3" to add the following figures to provisions of Articles 214-1 and 214-2;
1.2. Add Article 214-4 of the following content:
"Article 214-4. Creation of the terrorist organization, management of it or participation in its activities
214-4.1. Creation of the terrorist organization or management of this organization or its structural division for the purpose of making of the acts provided by Articles 102, of 214, 214-1, 214-3, 215, of 219, 219-1, 219-2, 226, of 227, 227-1, 270-1, 277, of 278, 280 and 282 of this Code -
it is punished by imprisonment for a period of ten up to fourteen years.
214-4.2. The accession to the terrorist organization or participation in its activities -
it is punished by imprisonment for a period of seven up to twelve years.
