"Article 148-2. Illegal manufacture or distribution photo, video or audiomaterials with use of technologies of artificial intelligence, and also the special software
148-2.1. Production photo, video or the audiomaterials which are not reflecting reality with use of technologies of artificial intelligence, and also the special software without the consent of person, with use of its image or voice, or distribution of such materials in mass media, in case of mass placement on information resources on the Internet or in information and telecommunication networks -
term is punished by penalty from three thousand to seven thousand manats or social jobs for a period of three hundred sixty till four hundred eighty o'clock, or restriction of freedom for a period of up to three years, or imprisonment for the same term.
