Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. In the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 189 of September 15, 1998. "About approval of the Regulations on calculation and payment of payments for compulsory national social insurance and the benefits paid for the account of the insurer to the insured persons which temporarily lost working capacity" (The collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 9, Article 596 (volume I); 2024, No. 3, Article 335, No. 9, Article 1067; 2025, No. 5, Article 507, No. 9, Article 870) to make the following changes:
1.1. in heading and regarding 1 word "Regulations on Calculation and Payment" "Rules of determination, calculation and payment" are shall be replaced with words;
1.2. In part 2 to replace the word "Provisions" with the word of "Rule";
1.3. approved by this Resolution "Regulations on Calculation and Payment of Payments for Compulsory National Social Insurance and the Benefits Paid for the Account of the Insurer to the Insured Persons Which Temporarily Lost Working Capacity" to publish in the new edition it (is applied).

Determination, calculation and payment of payments for compulsory national social insurance and the benefits paid for the account of the insurer to the insured persons which temporarily lost working capacity on the social insured event which occurred before the date of entry into force of this Resolution and (or) proceeding after this date is performed according to the regulations operating for this date.
