About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About industrial safety of hazardous production facilities"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About industrial safety of hazardous production facilities" of February 28, 2004 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2004, No. 2, Art. 46; 2005, No. 12, Art. 648; 2007, No. 6, Art. 438; 2008, No. 6, Art. 456, No. 10, Art. 815; 2013, No. 12, Art. 897; 2020, No. 1, Art. 28; 2025, No. 5, Art. 516) following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 5:
- in preamble of Article of the word "To Powers" and "belong" respectively shall be replaced with words "In powers" and "enters";
- in paragraph one of the word "development of the main directions" to replace with the word "maintaining";
- in paragraph five to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";";
- add with the paragraph the sixth the following content:
"-implementation of other powers, stipulated by the legislation Republic of Tajikistan.".
2. In Article 7:
- in paragraph nine to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";";
- add with the paragraph the tenth the following content:
"-implementation of other powers, stipulated by the legislation Republic of Tajikistan.".
3. The fifteenth to state the paragraph to part 1 of Article 12 in the following edition:
"-follow instructions also instructions of authorized body and its officials concerning ensuring industrial safety;".
4. From paragraphs two and the fourth Article 13 "acting" to exclude the word.
5. Regarding 3rd Article 16 of the word "This Law Establishes Obligation of Development" to replace with the word "Development" and after words of Republic of Tajikistan to add with the words "is obligatory".
6. In Article 18:
- "acting" to exclude 1 word from part;
