1) in part 1:

a) in Item 2 of the word "Items 1 - 5" shall be replaced with words "Items 1 - 5 and 7";

b) state item 4 in the following edition:

"4) availability of special circumstances at the borrower on the date of the direction of the requirement specified in this part;";

2) in part 2:

a) the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"2. For the purposes of this Article special circumstances of the borrower are understood as any of the following circumstances:";

b) add with Item 7 of the following content:

"7) birth or adoption (adoption) of the second child or subsequent children.";
