About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Cryptoassets"

Article 1. No. ZR-159 "About cryptoassets" (further - the Law) after words of "the foreign issuer" to add part 7 of article 5 of the Law of May 29, 2025 with the words "placed in the territory of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 2. To exclude the words "open, and also" from Item 2 of part 2 of article 11 of the Law.
Article 3. To state Item 8 of part 10 of article 20 of the Law in the following edition:
"8) does not correspond to the standard rate of the minimum size of the general capital established by regulatory legal acts of the Central bank;".
Article 4. State part 7 of article 35 of the law in the following edition:
"7. Internal audit shall report to executive body of person providing services with cryptoassets about any violations of the requirements established by the law, other legal acts of person providing services with cryptoassets and also on any damage caused to interests of clients within five working days after their detection and if the specified violation or the caused damage are essential, also to the Board of directors and the Central bank of person providing services with cryptoassets.".
Article 5. In part 14 of article 51 of the Law of the word "regulatory legal acts can be established by regulatory legal acts of council of the Central bank" shall be replaced with words "regulatory legal acts of council of the Central bank".
Article 6. To declare Item 3 of part 9 of article 57 of the law invalid.
Article 7. To add part 7 of article 61 of the law after the words "from the moment of publication" with the new offer of the following content: "Central Bank can oblige the issuer to invite person booking audit for carrying out substantive audit of reserve assets".
Article 8. State part 2 of article 94 of the law in the following edition:
