About modification and amendments in the Land code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state Item 3 of part 2 of Article 63 of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia of May 2, 2001 (further - the code) in the following edition:
"3) electronic auction (further - auction);".
Article 2. In article 67 of the code:
1) to state part 2 in the following edition:
"2. The starting selling price at auction is calculated on the basis of estimated market value of the parcel of land according to the procedure, established by the Government.";
To add 2) with part 2.1 following of content:
"2.1. Additional terms of the organization and holding the auction of the lands which are subject to alienation from auction are established by the Government.".
Article 3. State article 68 of the Code in the following edition:
"Article 68. Organization of auction
1. The auction, except as specified, stipulated in Item 2 parts of 1 Article of 61 of this Code, will be organized by Chapter of community by means of electronic system according to the procedure established by the government.".
Article 4. Final part and transitional provisions
1. This law becomes effective next day after official publication.
2. The subordinate regulatory legal acts following from this Law are accepted within three months after adoption of this Law.
The provisions provided by articles 1 and 3 of this law will be effective from coming into force of the corresponding subordinate regulatory legal acts following from this Law.
