About introduction of amendments to the Law "About modification and amendments in the Law of September 11, 2024 No. ZR-339 "About the state fee"

Article 1. State Item 2 of part 1 of article 2 of the Law of September 11, 2024 to No. ZR-339 "About modification and amendments in the law "About the State Fee"" (further - the law), subject to editing according to Article 1, in the following edition:
"2) the single account of the state fee - the deposit sub-account of the public extrabudgetary funds which is kept treasury for the purpose of repayment of obligations on next annual (in the cases established by the law - monthly and quarterly) the state fee of payers of the state fee in the cases established by this Law;".
Article 2. State article 9 of the law in the following edition:
"Article 9.
1. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2026, except for Articles 6, 7 and 8 these laws, and extends to the relations which arose after January 1, 2026.
2. The stipulated in Article 3 presents of the law the regulations on the termination of the obligation on payment of the state fee in case of liquidation of the organization extend also to liquidated organizations to the introduction of this law in force.
3. Articles 6, 7 and 8 these Laws become effective since July 1, 2026.
4. The obligations and overpayments which are available on cards of personal account of the state fee before entry into force of Articles 6, 7 and 8 these laws are not translated to new electronic card of personal account and continue to be considered on cards of personal account of the former state fee before repayment of obligations and (or) rebate.
5. For the purpose of repayment of the obligations which are available on cards of personal account of the state fee, and also the penalties added according to the specified obligations after entry into force of this law, payments are made on the corresponding account numbers existing before entry into force of Articles 6, 7 and 8 these Laws.
