About modification and amendments in the Law "About Service in Bodies of Homeland Security"

Article 1. State article 12 of the Law of April 11, 2003 to No. ZR-532 "About service in bodies of homeland security" (further - the Law) in the following edition:
"Article 12. Procedure for representation to the next rank of the employees employed (translated) in bodies of homeland security and appointed to officer position, from reserve of bodies of homeland security of the Republic of Armenia, armed forces (including from reserve) and other troops and other bodies in bodies of homeland security and appointed to officer position
1. Employees of reserve of bodies of homeland security of the Republic of Armenia, armed forces (including reserve) and other troops and other bodies, employed (translated) in bodies of homeland security and appointed to officer position, are represented to the next rank after the expiration established by this law for carrying rank.
2. Service life of the officers employed in bodies of homeland security in this rank from reserve of bodies of homeland security, reserve of Armed forces is estimated in the period of carrying the rank received in reserve.
3. In case of assignment of the next rank by the serviceman who passed in the procedure established by the law to service into bodies of homeland security from armed forces, polices, rescue service and Service of the state protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, and also serving in these bodies and arrived on service in bodies of homeland security polices of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, service life in rescue service and Service of the state protection of the Republic of Armenia in this rank is considered also in Armed forces.".
Article 2. In article 14 of the Law:
"To persons who were trained" shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 word to "person who was trained";
2) to state part 1 paragraph two in the following edition:
