About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Funds"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 17, 2025
Article 1. Regarding 1.1 articles 25 of the Law of December 26, 2002 No. ZR-516 "About funds" (further - the Law) to exclude the words "choice of the dealer".
Article 2. Regarding 3.1 articles 27 of the Law of the word "rendering services in the conclusion of transactions with dealers and (or) treasurer depositary" shall be replaced with words "the conclusion of transactions on storage".
Article 3. In article 39.4 of the law:
1) to state part 3 in the following edition:
"3. Money of the inviolable capital, including the means received from any repayment (the return redemption) of government bonds are invested in the government treasury bonds of the Republic of Armenia according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.".;
2) part 4 to recognize invalid.
Article 4. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
