About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. In the name and the first paragraph of article 42 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the code) words "the sphere and protection of atmospheric air" shall be replaced with words "spheres, permissions to protection of atmospheric air and emissions of greenhouse gases".
Article 2. Add the Code with Articles 87.7 and 87.8 of the following content:
"Article 87.7. Exceeding of the maximum limit set by permission to emission of greenhouse gases, or activities implementation without the permission on emission of greenhouse gases
1. Exceeding of the maximum limit set by permission to emission of greenhouse gases:
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of three hundred fiftyfold sizes of the established minimum wage.
2. Activities implementation without the permission on emission of greenhouse gases:
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of, in one thousand times exceeding the established minimum wage.

Article 3. Add the Code with Articles 201.6 and 201.7 of the following content:
