About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Item 3 of part 6 of article 62 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia (further - the code) of May 5, 2021 to exclude the words "or having special status of residence in the Republic of Armenia".
1. This law becomes effective since November 1, 2026.
2. The foreigners who are married to person having the special residence permit continue to use the privilege, stipulated in Item 3 parts 6 of article 62 of the Code, before entry into force of this law, before expiration of the special residence permit of their spouse.
