About introduction of amendments to the Law "About State Registration of the Rights to Property"

Article 1. In part 7 of article 11 of the Law of April 14, 1999 "About state registration of the rights to property" the words "after effective period of the special status of stay or deprived of this status" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-295 "after effective period of the status of permanent residence or recognition of this status invalid or invalid based on provision of exclusive services to the Republic of Armenia".
1. This law becomes effective since November 1, 2026.
2. The provisions concerning the special status of stay, operating before entry into force of this law continue to be effective before expiration of the special status of the stay provided to foreigners.
