About entering of amendments into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add Chapter 14 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the code) with Article 189.32 of the following content:
Article 189.32. The non-notification of educational institutions or organizations in accordance with the established procedure about agreement cancelation about training, concluded with the foreigner, or about training interruption
1. The non-notification of authorized state body concerning migration and the nationality about agreement cancelation about training concluded with the foreigner educational institutions or the organizations or about training interruption in accordance with the established procedure within ten days from the date of termination or interruption:
attracts imposing of penalty in fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. The repeated act specified regarding 1 this Article within one year after the expiration of appeal of the decision on imposing of administrative penalty:
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of, a hundred times exceeding the established minimum wage.".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 224.2 of the code after words of "code" with the words "189.32".
Article 3. This law becomes effective since November 1, 2026.
