About modification of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Article 4 of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia (further - the code) of May 2, 2001:
"The faces having the special residence permit" shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 2 words "the foreigners having the status of the permanent resident based on provision of exclusive services to the Republic of Armenia";
"The faces having special status of stay in the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words 2) regarding 3 words "the foreigners having the status of the permanent resident based on provision of exclusive services to the Republic of Armenia".
Article 2. In Item 3 of part 4 of article 76 of the Code of the word "to persons having special status of residence in the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words to "the foreigners having the status of permanent residence based on provision of exclusive services to the Republic of Armenia".
1. This law becomes effective since November 1, 2026.
2. The foreigners who received the special residence permit before entry into force of this law reserve the rights and obligations following from the special residence permit and reserved for them by the Land code of the Republic of Armenia after entry into force of this law before expiration of their special residence permit.
