About introduction of amendments to the Law "About National Pensions"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 17, 2025
Article 1. In article 35 of the Law of December 22, 2010 No. ZR-243 "About national pensions" (further - the Law):
1) to state part 1 in the following edition:
"1. Monthly pension is paid within this month according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.";
2) parts 4 and 5 to recognize invalid;

Article 2. Regarding 1 article 36 of the law of the word "cash" shall be replaced with words "according to the procedure and method, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 3. In article 39 of the Law:
1) to replace the words "In the State Organization of Social Protection of the Population" in heading with the words "In the Organizations or the Organizations Providing Day-and-night Care";
2) regarding 1 word "state organization of social protection of the population" the organizations or the organizations created by the Government of the Republic of Armenia and providing day-and-night care (further referred to as with organizations of social protection)" are shall be replaced with words ";
3) to state parts 2-4 in the following edition:
"2. To the child living in organization of social protection 50 interests of pension in case of loss of the supporter of family are paid. These amounts monthly are registered in electronic pension case before achievement of 18 years by the child or until its exit from organization of social protection in accordance with the established procedure and are paid one-timely within one month after day of achievement by the child of 18 years or exit from organization of social protection in accordance with the established procedure.
