About modification and amendments in the Law "About Public Welfare Payments"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 2 of the Law of December 12, 2013 No. ZR-154 "About public welfare payments" (further - the Law) to replace the words "state" with the words "in the presence of the bases established by this law", and the words "in the presence of the bases established by the law" the words "if this law does not provide other".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 5 of the Law:
To add 1) with Item 6.2 of the following content:
"6. 2) benefit for third and each subsequent child;";
Item 11 to declare 2) invalid.
Article 3. In article 8 of the Law:
"By non-cash method, except as specified, specified in part 7 of this Article" shall be replaced with words 1) in part 5 of the word "according to the procedure and method, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia";

Article 4. In article 23.2 of the Law:
The word "data" shall be replaced with words 1) in Items 1-4 of part 3 "information (data)";
To add 2) with part 9 of the following content:

The maternity allowance paid to unemployed person is appointed and paid by means of the information database created according to the procedure, established by the law of the Republic of Armenia" about temporary disability benefits and maternity allowances "for calculation, appointment, allowance payment on temporary disability and maternity allowances.".
Article 5. In article 24 of the Law:
