About entering of amendment into the Law "About Funds"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 17, 2025
Article 1. No. ZR-516 "About funds" to add article 1 of the Law of December 26, 2002 with part 10 of the following content:
"10. Legal status, organization, the charter, forming of fund and governing bodies of fund, including temporary council and terms of its activities, the right and obligation of governing bodies, expenses, bankruptcy and liquidation of Fund of general medical insurance are determined by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About general medical insurance". Provisions of this Law are applied to Fund of general medical insurance if other is not provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About general medical insurance".".
Article 2. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
