About modification and amendments in the Law "About Public Welfare Payments"

Article 1. In article 23.1 of the Law of December 12, 2013 No. ZR-154 "About public welfare payments" (further - the Law):
1) to state part 4 in the following edition:
"4. The maternity allowance is granted to unemployed person if information (data) on his pregnancy and childbirth (stay on temporary disability) was received (are received) during the period (140 days) during which it has the right to maternity leave, and as of the first day when he has the right to maternity leave, it is registered on residence address in the Republic of Armenia.";
To add 2) with part 4.1 following of content:
"4.1. After receipt of information on the first day of pregnancy and childbirth (temporary disability) according to the procedure specified in part 4 of this Article before appointment or allowance payment on pregnancy and childbirth the allowance is granted and paid in case of the death of person or after purpose of benefit the benefit amount which is not paid in connection with death is paid to the member of the family of the dead (to the spouse, the parent, the full age child, the minor child at the age of 14 years and is more senior, to person staying on the joint registry in the same place (to the address), as person living with it according to the data which are available in the State register of the population of the Republic of Armenia as of day of death of person), in case of submission of the statement and necessary documents to authorized body in six-months time from the date of the death of person: If you do not submit the application within six months, the benefit amount which is not paid in connection with the death of the person is subject to inheritance.".
