About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Social Protection of Children Without Parental Support"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 17, 2025
Article 1. In Item 2 of part 1 of article 6 of the Law of September 24, 2002 "About social protection of children without parental support" (further - the Law) the words "free medical care and servicing" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-411 "medical care and servicing within general medical insurance".
Article 2. State parts 1 and 2 of article 8 of the law in the following edition:
"1. To children without parental support, medical care and services within general medical insurance is provided.
2. To children without parental support, permits in sports the camp, rest house at the expense of the means provided for this purpose from the state and communal budgets, and other means which are not prohibited by the law can be provided.".
Article 3. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
