About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Refugees and Shelter"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 17, 2025
Article 1. In article 23 of the law of November 27, 2008 No. ZR-211 "About refugees and shelter":
1) regarding 1 word "the free medical care and servicing guaranteed by the state" shall be replaced with words "the additional services of medical care and servicing provided by the law";
2) regarding 2 words "the free medical care and servicing guaranteed by the state" shall be replaced with words "the additional services in delivery of health care and servicing provided by the law".
Article 2. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
