About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. Part 3 of article 47.1 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses (further - the code) of December 6, 1985 to recognize invalid.
Article 2. Exclude from heading of article 47.21 of the code of the word "on the free and preferential terms guaranteed by the state", and to state part of 1 same Article in the following edition:
"1. Failure to carry out or violation of requirements imposed to delivery of health care and medical attendance by the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing medical care and servicing, within programs of protection and improvement of health, within general medical insurance, and in case of its absence - at the expense of means of the government budget, according to the procedure, established by the Government, in emergency situations or as a result of military operations or the terrorist attacks conducted by foreign state concerning the Republic of Armenia:
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of thousandfold to the five hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.".
Article 3. Add the code with Article 47.36 of the following content:
"Article 47.36. Collection of the payment which is not provided by the law for services or drugs for delivery of health care and servicing within general medical insurance or refusal in their provision
1. In the presence of the agreement signed by the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing medical care and servicing within general medical insurance, collection from insured person of the payment which is not provided by the law for the services of medical care and servicing included in insurance package, or refusal in provision of these services:
attracts imposing of penalty for each case in the amount of hundredfold to the hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
