Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on national system of traceability of goods approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 1, 2021 No. 1108 "About approval of the Regulations on national system of traceability of goods" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 28, the Art. 5536).
2. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2026.

"When importing to the territory of the Russian Federation of the goods acquired in the territory of other state member of the Eurasian Economic Union which are subject to traceability to which regulations of the legislation of the Russian Federation on national system of confirmation of expectation of delivery of goods, federal executive body extend the representative for control and supervision in the field of taxes and fees in time no later than the next calendar day from the date of receipt of the document on the forthcoming delivery of goods assigns registration batch number of the goods which are subject to traceability and tells it to the participant of turnover of goods electronically on telecommunication channels through the operator of electronic document management.".
