About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the public civil service and municipal service"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the public civil service and municipal service" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 2, 2021 No. 113-114) the following changes:

Part 3 of Article 10 to add 1) with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1) citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic having disability, meeting the qualification requirements provided by this Law on the basis of the application in person in out-of-competition procedure;";

Part 1 of Article 16 to add 2) with paragraphs of the following content:

"The head of state body, local government body shall perform quoting regulations for employment of persons with disability by appointment to vacant position from reserve of personnel of the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic having disability, meeting the qualification requirements provided by this Law.

The procedure for candidate screen from among the faces with disability consisting in reserve of personnel is determined by authorized state body.".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
