About reorganization of the state companies under the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of optimization of number of the state companies, according to Articles 92, 93 Civil codes of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Reorganize the state company "Directorate on Management of Objects" under the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic by accession to it of the state company "Kyrgyz Oil Company" under the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Approve the Charter of the state company "Directorate on Management of Objects" under the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1.
3. Delegate to the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of power according to the transfer act of the reorganized state companies.
4. To the state agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:
1) to provide carrying out inventory count of assets and liabilities of the state company "Kyrgyz Oil Company" under the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2) together with the state company "Directorate on Management of Objects" under the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide settlement of execution of financial liabilities;
