About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of the general education
For the purpose of establishment of optimum duration of academic year at the level of the general education in the Kyrgyz Republic, ensuring rational distribution of academic load, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of the general education organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 27, 2024 No. 519 the following changes:
in the Standard regulations on the general education organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 16:
word in paragraph three "steps of school education" shall be replaced with words "levels of the general education";
in paragraph four of the word "6-9", "10-11" to replace respectively with the words "7-9", "10-12";
- in Item 26:
in the paragraph the second words of "step of school education" shall be replaced with words "levels of the general education";
- in Item 33 of the word "step of school education" shall be replaced with words "the level of the general education";
- in Item 36:
word in paragraph one of "steps of school education" shall be replaced with words "levels of the general education";
in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "4 years" "6 years";
in paragraph three of the word "5 years" shall be replaced with words "3 years";
in paragraph four to replace figure "2" with figure "3";
- Item 47 in paragraph three after the words "five-day" to add with the words "and/or six-day";
