Article 1. Bring in the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About courts of the Republic of Tajikistan" of July 26, 2014 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2014, No. 7, h 1, Art. 380; 2015, No. 7-9, of fashion. 698; 2016, No. 7, Art. 603; 2018, No. 2, Art. 62; 2021, Art. No. 1-2, 1, No. 4, Art. 191, No. 12, h 1, Art. 680; 2024, No. 11, Art. 515; 2025, Art. No. 11-12, 873) following changes and amendments:
1. "General" to exclude the word from part 4 of Article 12 and part 5 of Article 68.
2. Article 22 in paragraph three shall be replaced with words the word "it" "the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan".
3. Regarding 1 Article 37:
- "The Republic of Tajikistan about assignment to judges" to add the paragraph of the twenty seventh after words with words "to the first deputy and vice-chairmen of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan,".
- to state the paragraph of the thirty seventh in the following edition:
"-conducts personal acceptance of physical persons and representatives of legal entities and will organize work on consideration of addresses according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan;".
4. Regarding 1 Article 53:
- in the paragraph the sixteenth words of "organization" and "law" respectively shall be replaced with words "associations" and "the law, the reasons and conditions, it promoting";
