About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About export control"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About export control" of December 31, 2014 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2014, No. 12, Art. 822; 2017, No. 1-2, of Art. 15; 2024, Art. No. 1-2, 25) following changes and amendment:
1. Add Article 1 with the paragraph third the following content:
"-military products – weapon, military equipment, ammunition, and also works and services, goods, technologies and the software, results of intellectual activities (the right to them) and information in military and technical area designed, developed, adapted and (or) modified for the military purposes;".
2. Article 7 in paragraph three to replace the word of "products" with the word of "products".
3. State Article 8 in the following edition:
"Article 8. Documents of allowing nature on export control of products of dual purpose
Licensing of activities for export control of products of dual purpose and issue of the conclusion for materials of dual purpose are performed based on the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About authorization system.".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
