About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state secrets"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state secrets" of July 26, 2014 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2014, No. 7, h 1, Art. 380; 2015, No. 3, Art. 207; 2020, No. 1, Art. 11) following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 1:
- in paragraph six sign and words", including" to replace with the word "and", and after words of "decisions and processes" to add with the words "in different forms";
- the eleventh to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-loss of the state secrets – disposal, including temporary, the data constituting the state secrets or their carriers from legal ownership or use;";
- add with the paragraph the nineteenth the following content:
"-technical information security – sales activity of technical measures of protection of the state secrets from leakage on technical channels and from unauthorized access to them;".
2. The fourth articles 8 after words of "the state secrets" to add the paragraph with the words "and technical information security";
3. In Article 10:
- add with paragraph one of the following content:
"-realizes state policy in the field of the state secrets and technical information security;";
- to add paragraph two after words of "the state secrets" with the words "and technical information security".
- third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-coordinates activities of bodies for protection of the state secrets regarding development and implementation of the state program, the regulatory legal acts and other activities connected with protection of the state secrets and technical information security;";
