About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About natural monopolies in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About natural monopolies in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 7, the Art. 1052) the following changes:
in Article 20:
a) in the paragraph the second the words "25 percent" shall be replaced with words "at least 50 percent";
b) third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

This Law becomes effective after thirty days from the date of official publication.
To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in a month from the date of official publication of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
