1. in the Rules of functioning of the balancing market of electrical energy approved by the specified order:
be reworded as follows Item 122:
"122. Subjects transfer responsibility for purchase and sale of the balancing electric power and negative imbalances to one provider of balance within one zone of balancing under the agreement of transfer of responsibility signed according to the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and effective period at least one calendar month with simultaneous entering of corresponding changes into the current agreement of purchase and sale of the balancing electric power and negative imbalances concluded with RTs BRE according to Item 2 of article 15-10 of the Law.
The subjects incorporating objects for use of renewable energy resources or objects for energy waste recycling on which long-term agreements of purchase and sale of electrical energy are signed with the single purchaser of electrical energy (settlement financial center) transfer responsibility for purchase and sale of the balancing electric power and negative imbalances on such objects to the single purchaser of electrical energy.
In case of the conclusion, change or termination of the contract of transfer of responsibility, modification of the purchase and sale agreement of the balancing electric power and negative imbalances concluded with RTs BRE is made from the first following after month in which the subject addressed to RTs BRE.
