12) of Item 7 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"12) local executive bodies of the capital, area, the cities of republican value (about injured with accidents and accidents on production, the steppe fires, burning of fields with crops of grain and other crops).";
11) of Item 21 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"11) injured with accidents and accidents on production, to the steppe fires, goreniye of fields with crops of grain and other crops, to threats of origin and (or) emergence of medical and sanitary effects and to accounting of persons which were injured in case of emergency of natural and technogenic nature, incidents and cases with local executive bodies of the capital, areas, cities of republican value.".
