1) in Regulations on the procedure for the request for appointment and recalculation of pensions, transition from one type of pension to another, and also requests for payment of ritual benefit (on burial) approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in item 4:

"3) the personal insurance account - the document containing the information about insured person accumulated by body of social insurance for the period of labor and other activity after introduction of the personified accounting (after 1996) insured person and providing completeness of the data necessary for purpose (recalculation) and determination of the size of pension and other payments for the national social insurance. The personal insurance account has the personal identification number assigned to insured person;";
