In recent years in our country system work on creation of conditions for realization of the rights of the population to the dwelling, and also recognition of the rights to the real estate objects constructed by physical persons and legal entities is carried out.
In particular, it is right on the parcels of land which are self-willedally occupied with physical persons and legal entities, and also buildings built on them and constructions are recognized based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About recognition of the rights to self-willedally busy parcels of land and the buildings built on them and constructions".
At the same time arises need for further acceleration of works on recognition of the rights to self-willedally busy parcels of land and buildings built on them and constructions, increase in responsibility of authorized organizations, simplification of the separate mechanisms interfering recognition of the rights and creation of additional conveniences to citizens.
This Law makes changes and additions to the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About recognition of the rights to self-willedally busy parcels of land and the buildings built on them and constructions" and "About state registration of the rights to real estate", the considerations of the documents connected with recognition of the rights, refining of concept of tax debt for the purpose of creation of additional conveniences to citizens, establishment of procedure and payment terms by installments of one-time payment for recognition of the right of lease to the parcel of land directed to reducing terms and also for enhancement of mechanisms of consideration of the claims connected with the procedure of recognition of the rights.
