Article 1

According to article 17 of the Federal constitutional Law of December 31, 1996 No. 1-FKZ "About judicial system of the Russian Federation" and article 1 of the Federal constitutional Law of June 23, 1999 No. 1-FKZ "About public vessels of the Russian Federation":

1) to create the Belgorod garrison military court;

2) to refer in jurisdiction of the Belgorod garrison military court the matters of implementation of justice concerning the military units and organizations of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military forming and bodies deployed in the territory of the Belgorod region relating to maintaining the Kursk garrison military court;

3) to Judicial department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation to perform the organizational actions connected with creation of the Belgorod garrison military court.

Article 2

Bring in article 1 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2020 No. 466-FZ "About territorial jurisdiction of garrison public vessels" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 1, Art. 5; 2023, No. 14, Art. 2362, 2363, 2364, 2365) following changes:

To add 1) with Item 6.1 of the following content:

"6. 1) the Belgorod garrison military court - in the territory of the Belgorod region;";

Item 38 to state 2) in the following edition:

"38) the Kursk garrison military court - in the territory of Kursk region;".
