For the purpose of enhancement of legal regulation of questions of use of the means arriving from collection of payment for use of the Unified information system of notariate of the Kyrgyz Republic, ensuring steady functioning of system of notariate in general, being guided by articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of payment for use of the Unified information system of notariate of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 10, 2026 No. 168 the following change:
- to add the subitem 3 of Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"-development of notarial activities in the Kyrgyz Republic and other actions for the decision of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
